Hi All,

Now that you are connected I just wanted to lay out the guidelines for posting:

Each week you will be awarded 1 point for posting on the blog (once a week for fifteen weeks). All posts should be about historic or contemporary artists using photography (not commercial/fashion/wedding photography, equipment, or technical processes). As a guide post about:

1) an artist with their name, a brief bio, a paragraph that describes and analyzes of their work, 

2) 1-3 images of their work, and 

3) a link to a site to view more images (if you can find one). 

You could also post about a photo-art related article and a summary with your reactions.

Posting should be done once every week before the end of the day on Saturday so we can get a preview before class on Monday. Points will be awarded weekly (Sunday-Saturday). You should post 15 times over the 17 weeks (if you include spring break). Incomplete or missing posts will be awarded fewer points.
