James Craig Annan

The Scottish born artist James Craig Annan was most known for his photogravure work in 1893 at the Photographic Salon. It’s said that the Annan gallery showing in New York was a big influence in
the development of photography in North American. I am most intrigued to Annan's work because in his photgravure work, he combines old printmakingtechniques of intaglio and combines them with photography.
